Young Explorers program

Aboard Le Commandant Charcot, kids aged 8 and up embark on the Arctic adventure.

They’ll engage in hands-on scientific research, work on collaborative projects, and learn from scientists through fun lessons.

Young explorers will tour the ship, meet engineers, and dive into the challenges of Arctic exploration.

They’ll even have the chance to present their discoveries at the North Pole Forum and participate in the North Pole Run.

  • Wildlife: polar bears, Northern fulmar, ivory gull, seals, whales.
  • Many brand-new activities*: kayaking, hiking or snowshoeing, polar plunge.

Optional Add-On
Round-trip group flights between Paris and Longyearbyen on July 27 and August 8 are available for an additional USD 2,700 per person. This includes airport transfers and sightseeing in Longyearbyen if time permits.
